PROCEDURE
 

Buyers interested in signing a purchase contract for any product offered by FORTE 3 must follow all our guidelines according to the procedures below:

To BUYERS, Brokers, Intermediaries, we suggest carefully and carefully reading the procedures and evaluating our sales format, before requesting a price, offer or even a quote, this way, there will be no strain on both parties, as the BUYER, aware, will be able to leave the necessary documentation ready and able to speed up the start of a negotiation.

​

DO NOT SEND LOI without it accompanied by one with the respective RWA or a simple statement of the current account together with a copy of the passport with the appropriate Verification Authorization. The LOI that comes without this requirement will be discarded and not fulfilled.

​

For your company to be assertive in its negotiations with FORTE 3, with regard to agricultural commodities, or any other product, carefully follow our procedures.

​

See if your company is ready to present just a proof of funds -  RWA or a simple bank statement with verification authorization, for the total value of the contract (mandatory requirement)

After you are sure that you are ready and that the company actually has real financial capacity, you can then send the LOI to the company's corporate email, where you will need the documents requested above, send everything together, as we eliminate email that are not complete and we will not return if the email sent does not arrive as requested.

 

NON-NEGOTIABLE SALE STEPS

 1st Step - Sending the LOI + RWA or it could be a simple bank statement accompanied by the person's legal guardian's passport  of the account and the due Verification Authorization, which must only come from banks accepted by FORTE 3, according to the list below, which must be sent to  contato@forte3.agr.br;

JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, BANK OF AMERICA, WELLS FARGO BANK,  MORGAN STANLEY, HSBC HOLDINGS, CITIGROUP, U. S BANCORP, BNP PARIBAS, UBS, BANCO SANTANDER S/A (SPAIN), ROYAL BANK OF CANADA, BANCO DA NOVA SCOTIA, LLODYDS BANKING GROUP, BBVA, BARCLAYS BANK PLC, ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND GROUP, STANDARD CHARTERED BANK,

2nd Stage - The Buyer must send an MT 799 after receiving the SCO to the bank coordinates indicated in the SCO, to confirm the funds and demonstrate the financial capacity to fulfill the CONTRACT.

​

3rd Stage - Once the BUYER's documentation has been approved by FORTE 3's FINANCIAL analysts, authorization will be given to the Department. of Sales to continue with the negotiation, and the issuance of the sales contract will be prepared.

​

4th Stage -  Once the contract is signed, the BUYER must issue a guarantee, which may be BG, SBLC or Financial Block via MT 799/760 or MT 542/760 with a validity of 365 days + 1, i.e. 1 (one) year and 1 (one) day, which must come from banks accepted by FORTE 3, at the coordinates indicated in the contract by the Department. FORTE 3 Financial.


FORTE 3 does not accept PROOFS OF FUNDS FROM BANKS WITH HEADQUARTERS INAUSTRALIA, CHINA, RUSSIA OR THE ARAB EMIRATES.
